“ The best food and experience in Houston! Truly a family owned spot with multiple menu items. The crunchy PB&J was divine ”
“ Baristas were very kind drinks were well made. I ordered their matcha (no milk added) & it was delicious. Definitely will stop by again whenever in the area. ”
“ This place is truly a gem in Houston. One of the few random stops I made during my first time in downtown Houston. It’s located on a corner near the Buffalo Bayou park area. The building itself is vibrant and welcoming you can’t not appreciate the art. Immediately as I walked in I was greeted and my order was taken, went with my usual a cortado with almond milk and a pastry. I got there strawberry scone which they even warmed up for me. It was delightful and delicious The place is clean, vibey and eclectic just the way I like it. I enjoyed the 20 mins I spent there and went about my day. I will be back and definitely recommend anyone to give the fifth a shot ”
“ Nestles on the outskirt of the northern part of downtown and across from the University is this cute and cozy coffee shop with a welcoming environment. They have a unique roast which is a bit strong for me but if you like an espresso with a punch, then you will love this place. Customer service was top notch and their pastries are delicious and divine and baked in house. I would come back and try their decaf espresso or ask for a half a shot of espresso and try some more pastries. Also, there is only street parking which is 2 an hour but if you happen to be visiting downtown Houston just hop the train and come on over for a visit. ”
“ This place is utterly phenomenal. I am partial to pour overs, and adore trying different specialty coffee. This place is on point not just with their bean selection, but with the delicate process of creating a splendid pour over. I also had an espresso tonic which was so amazing—the added flavors complimented the espresso perfectly. The vibes are immaculate, the food is just as spectacular as the coffee, and the service is phenomenal and true Texas hospitality. I recommend this to all my friends and encourage everyone to come here. Probably the #1 coffee shop in Houston right now. ”
“ everything we had was amazing and so tasteful 3 definitely coming back to try more items ”
“ Drove all the way from Dallas just to sip what the hype was about — and I get it now. Fifth Vessel Coffee is on another level. I tried the Yuzu Espresso Tonic, and I’m not exaggerating when I say... it floored me. They pull it with their Colombia Huila Excelso single origin — think spiced apple, champagne sparkle, and tropical fruit all dancing together — then add in the bright citrus punch of yuzu. The result? A radiant, effervescent symphony of flavor. Refreshing. Complex. Absolutely to die for. If you’re anywhere near Houston (or even if you’re not)... go. This is a pilgrimage-worthy coffee experience. ”
“ Bagels and coffee! My go to during my breaks. All of the drinks are house made and refreshing. Coffee, matcha, snacks. Great place to study. ”
